I’m switching scales, but before I do I want to be transparent and assure you that the new scale is calibrated to the scale I started 12 in 12 with.

My new scale is the Fitbit Aria, a gift from my sister which has all sorts of nifty tracking features. It will go great with the awesome Fitbit Flex my daughter gave me at Christmas – I’m so blessed with awesome supportive family and friends!

Catchy tune! It makes me want to go out and do everything in the ad – well almost everything. I don’t think I can trapeze yet without popping my arms out of their sockets.

I also want to thank my friend Cindy (aka Comfy) for taking my progress photos this month. Comfy also reviews some of my entries before I post them to ensure I don’t have any typos or embarrassing grammatical errors – it’s bad enough that my bits and bobs dangle, there’s no need for my participles to sag and droop either.

  2. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! I struggled with my weight for years and eventually reached my top weight at 240lbs. No matter how many healthy plans I came up with, I could never maintain my weight loss until I found a free, 12-step program for food addiction (www.foodaddicts.com). I have maintained a 115lb weight loss for 7 years and my obsession with food, my body and my weight have disappeared. I am so grateful to have found a solution!!

  3. Thank you for sharing your story. I absolutely LOVED attending FA meetings last month when I tested 12-Step Food Addiction Plans. Everyone was so supportive and welcoming. I especially loved hearing everyone’s story – they are living testaments that following the program and attending the meetings works!
